Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using REVTURN, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Company and Operator

REVTURN is operated by AIBEIN Systems Private Limited.

Service Description

REVTURN provides PDF, image, and spreadsheet utilities for file conversion, compression, organization, editing, and related everyday workflows. Some tools are available without an account, while account, entitlement, billing, and team features require sign-in.

Eligibility

You may use REVTURN only if you can legally form an agreement or have appropriate permission to use online services in your location.

Accounts and Account Security

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information you provide and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Free Service Limits

The Free plan is $0 and includes 10 jobs per day, single-file processing, 1 OCR job per day, and ads. These limits are part of the public free service.

Paid Subscriptions

Current launch plans are Pro at $2.99/month for 1 user, Premium 5 at $6.99/month for 5 users, Premium 10 at $12.99/month for 10 users, and Premium 20 at $19.99/month for 20 users. Paid plans include paid processing access, OCR access, no ads, and plan-specific batch limits as stated on the pricing page.

Billing

Billing features depend on the production payment provider integration. Where checkout, plan changes, cancellation, or invoices are not yet connected, REVTURN will not present those actions as complete customer self-service functionality.

Cancellation

Cancellation will be handled through the active payment provider flow once production billing is connected. Until then, account pages may identify cancellation as pending provider integration.

Team Plans and Seats

Premium team plans include the stated number of seats. The owner uses one seat. Owners are responsible for invitations, members, and team access decisions. Members are responsible for their own account activity.

Acceptable Use

Use REVTURN only for lawful file work and only with files you own, control, or have permission to process. Review downloaded files before relying on or sharing them.

Prohibited Misuse

Do not use REVTURN to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, attack systems, overload the service, bypass access controls, scrape abusively, or process content you are not allowed to handle.

User Files and Content

You keep ownership of your files and content. REVTURN does not claim ownership of files you process. For supported browser-side tools, processing normally occurs in your browser rather than on REVTURN servers.

REVTURN Intellectual Property

REVTURN, its interface, software, text, design, logos, and product experience are owned by or licensed to AIBEIN Systems Private Limited. You may not copy or resell the service except where a separate written agreement allows it.

Third-Party Services

REVTURN uses third-party services for hosting, authentication, backend functions, billing, email, and related operations. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Service Availability and Changes

REVTURN may change, pause, discontinue, or modify features to improve performance, security, compliance, or product quality. We aim to keep useful free access, but no online service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted.

Beta and Coming-Soon Features

White Label and some commercial or integration features may be marked Coming Soon. Coming Soon features are not purchasable or promised until REVTURN makes them generally available.

Disclaimers

REVTURN is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. File processing can vary by browser, file structure, encryption, corruption, and format support. REVTURN is not legal, financial, medical, archival, or professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REVTURN and AIBEIN Systems Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.

Indemnification

Where permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold REVTURN and AIBEIN Systems Private Limited harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service, unlawful files or content, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Termination or Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account or use of the service violates these terms, creates risk, harms the service, or is unlawful.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as REVTURN changes. The Last updated date shows when this page was last changed.
