REVTURN is operated by AIBEIN Systems Private Limited. References to REVTURN, we, us, or our mean the REVTURN service operated by that company.

What REVTURN Is

REVTURN provides browser-based PDF, image, and spreadsheet utilities for everyday file work. The service includes public tools, account features, subscription entitlements, and team features.

Information You Provide

You may provide account details such as your email address, display name, optional full name, optional profile image link, optional address, and team invitation details. Optional profile fields are not required to use existing accounts.

Account Information and Authentication

REVTURN uses Firebase services for authentication and account-related backend functionality. Authentication providers may process sign-in identifiers, authentication state, and related security information. Email addresses are used for sign-in, account display, entitlement lookup, and account communication.

Subscription and Billing Information

REVTURN stores operational subscription information such as current plan, subscription status, seat limit, team plan, and entitlement state. When production billing is connected, the payment provider will process payment-related information. REVTURN should not be treated as the system that stores full card details.

Team Information

Team plans may store team name, owner, member email addresses, member roles, pending invitations, invitation status, and seat counts. A transactional email provider may process recipient email addresses and invitation email content when email delivery is enabled.

Website and Technical Information

When you use the site, normal technical information may be processed by hosting, security, browser, and Firebase infrastructure. This can include IP address, browser details, device information, timestamps, requested URLs, error logs, and performance information.

Cookies and Local Browser Storage

REVTURN may use local browser storage for session display, account state, preferences, and tool workflow state. Authentication providers may use cookies or similar storage to keep users signed in and protect accounts.

File-Processing Privacy

For supported tools, file processing occurs on your device in your browser. REVTURN does not normally upload supported file content to REVTURN servers for conversion or processing. Website and application code is delivered over the internet so your browser can run the tools locally. File content is different from account and operational data, which may be stored or processed for sign-in, entitlements, billing, and team features.

Third-Party Services

REVTURN uses Firebase services for account, authentication, backend functions, entitlement, hosting, and team functionality as applicable. Payment and transactional email providers may process the information needed to perform their role once those production integrations are enabled.

Security

REVTURN uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for account and operational data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use strong passwords, protect your sign-in provider, and review downloaded files before sharing them.

Data Retention

REVTURN keeps account, entitlement, team, billing-status, log, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with obligations, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Optional profile information can be changed from account settings.

Your Choices and Rights

You can choose not to create an account for many free tools. You can update optional profile information, sign out, request password reset where applicable, and contact us about account or privacy requests. Rights may vary by location.

Children's Privacy

REVTURN is not directed to children. Users should only use REVTURN if they can lawfully use online services in their location or have appropriate permission from a parent or guardian.

International Processing

REVTURN and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Those countries may have different data protection laws from your location.
